The staff is wonderful and Liz and Lynn make the activities fun for the residents. This was the best decision I made when we moved my mom into Traditions (Main) of Saginaw."

The staff have become nothing but family to our loved ones because of the care and love they've shown in even the hardest of times. "My wife moved into Traditions of Saginaw last month. I was very comfortable with everybody that I talked to over there when we were searching. And the price was reasonable too. The room is fine. The staff is very accommodating and efficient. She's in memory care, so everything is locked down, and she just has a small room, but it's plenty for her needs. They furnish a bed, dresser, and TV, and we bought a loveseat to put in there so she'd have additional seating. But she sleeps a lot and she does that in the chair. So we figured that would be better than a chair. They have quite a few different activities, but my wife doesn't participate. Every time I go there, they've got some kind of a group discussion going on with something and things like that. They go down, they do exercises and they call it the sunroom. It's just a room that has a lot of windows in it and they do exercises and activities down there. My daughter was in there one day and they were kicking a ball and she got into it, but she was kicking so hard we were afraid she was going to knock somebody over. I'm very satisfied with the treatment she gets there and the facility and everything."
"The Housekeeping and Laundry Staff take pride in keeping everything clean and presentable, just the way Mom Likes it. Compassionate Care Givers take exceptional care of all Mom's personal needs and routinely check on her to see how's she's doing. They always know how to put a smile on Mom's face."
"We are family members of Traditions of Saginaw’s first resident. We are grateful for the extra-ordinary care that is being provided to our father. We selected Traditions of Saginaw because there is a predominant philosophy of providing care that is based on the individual’s needs and interests. "Our Dad was the second resident at Traditions of Saginaw. We thought it would be a big adjustment for him moving from an apartment where he lived by himself to an assisted living facility. We could not have been more wrong! He adapted to his new surroundings very quickly. It did not take long before he was calling Traditions of Saginaw his “home”. The administrators and care partners welcomed him wholeheartedly and made him feel like he truly belonged. My dad has always loved the outdoors and has been an avid hunter and fisherman for 67+ years. This has been such a big part of his life and who he is as a person. He was encouraged to bring whatever personal belongings he wanted to, including a couple of his deer mounts to hang in his new apartment. This meant the world to him. "My mother has been in the “memory unit” at Traditions of Saginaw for about a month now. I had many questions and concerns about transitioning my Mom to this new facility. She is in a later stage of Alzheimer’s and I needed lots of reassurance about the philosophy of care and the staff before making this choice. Rumi, the director, was incredibly patient and informative, answering all my questions. Fortunately it has been a wonderful decision! Each staff member has been warm, welcoming, engaging and you can feel their commitment and the love of their work. It was a huge relief to see my Mom adapting to the loving interest and attention from the care providers so quickly. I could tell she felt more secure and knew she was going to get the help she needs. I feel really grateful, along with my whole extended family, that we have found this exceptional facility to provide such conscious and excellent care to my Mom."
"When we visited Traditions of Saginaw for the first time, my brothers, husband, and I knew we had found our Mom’s next home. The facility is less than one year old, but the plan and design for it was a long time in the making. The care and thoughtfulness that went into the building of Traditions of Saginaw is evident at every turn. The staff is top flight; all were carefully selected for their skills and care for the folks with whom they work. We have found this true of each staff person we’ve met. There has not been a time any of our family have experienced that our Mom’s needs are not being met. We feel very fortunate that New Hope Valley is now available in our community."
"When we had to move mom into a new assisted living facility, I automatically knew where I wanted her to go. After visiting and touring the site, talking to staff members, it only reaffirmed our family decision to move her to Traditions of Saginaw. We haven’t been dissapointed a tiny bit. "The name is genuine! Besides Living up to its name Traditions of Saginaw. The facility and staff have been a Blessing to my mother and Family. I thought it would be a difficult transition going from independent living, to assisted living, but the comfort of the facility and staff have made my mother feel comfortable, as though she was at home with a new extend family! What a True Blessing! After visiting other facilities I was completely satisfied with the facility Traditions of Saginaw, was by far the Best decision for my loved one, my mother!"
